In-Person, Personal Training:

Location:   In person by appointment only.
 

Duration :  45-minutes / per session.
 

Price:          $135.00 per session w/ 10-Pack Commitment paid in full.

In-person personal training is ideal for women who are ready to take an intentional, hands-on approach to their health and fitness and value expert guidance, accountability, and individualized support.
 

This offering may be a strong fit if you are seeking:
 

  • Personalized coaching with hands-on form correction and real-time feedback

  • A structured, progressive approach designed around your body, goals, and current fitness level

  • Accountability, consistency, and professional guidance you can trust

  • Support navigating strength, balance, confidence, and long-term functional health


This service may not be the best fit if you are looking for drop-in workouts, generalized programming, or
short-term fixes.


Commitment & Expectations:  
 

In-person personal training is most effective when approached as a collaborative, consistent process—not a one-off solution.

To ensure the highest level of care, safety, and results, the following expectations apply:

  • Sessions are delivered as part of a 10-session commitment, paid in full

  • Clients are expected to arrive ready to engage, communicate openly, and participate consistently

  • Programming is designed to progress safely and intentionally—honoring your current fitness level while building long-term strength and confidence

  • This structure supports sustainable progress, safety, and a personalized experience designed to serve you well beyond the gym.​

After submitting the Personal Training Interest Form, I’ll review your information and follow up within two business days to discuss next steps.

A Wellness Consultation is required prior to beginning in-person personal training. This ensures your program is aligned with your health history, goals, and current fitness level—so we can train safely, effectively, and with intention.

No pressure.

 No obligation to continue beyond the consultation. 

 Clear guidance on the best path forward.
